This afternoon, i served this customer. She asked a few questions and i smiled and answered politely. I gave her my best service as she was one of the 1st few customers i started out today.
She wanted the concealer but it was out of stock, so i told her i can reserve for her as the other outlet have it.
My colleague then asked her if she would collect it over there or here, she said she would go over the other outlet to pick it up herself.
I didnt hear them, so i asked the customer the same thing.

"Would u like us to bring the concealer over to here for u to collect or u will collect there urself?"

She gave me a stern look and replied in an annoyed tone: "Im working at raffles! so i can go there myself!"
I felt so upset over that, my kindness was not appreciated. Usually, i wouldnt be very enthu in serving customers but today, maybe i feel exceptionally good mood and decided to make her feel good by smiling the widest and helping out watever i can. Then she gave that dulan face.

After she paid and everything, she looked at my colleague, smiled and say thank you. I smiled too, waiting for her to turn her head over to look at me.
She didnt.
She just walk off.
Like hello? The whole time i was serving u nicely and u didnt even want to say a "thank you" to me?

I wouldnt even get upset over the nastiest customer i've met. But dont know why this one.
Forget it, there should be lots more of people i havent seen.



Then just now when i was do closing for the cashier, an extra $100 was in it. Usually after taking out the sales money, the cashier would left a balance of $500 but today got $600.
I called my colleague and told her, expecting her to say, put the money aside and pass it to boss. But she say, "huh so much ah? We split among ourselves lo."

Then i was thinking, split already, each got $25 coz there's only 4 staff for HABA. I could have swallowed the $100 myself without telling anyone.
Damn. Was I too honest?
But maybe if i would have take that $100, i might lost the whole wallet tmr or something. U know....



I read newspaper this afternoon, there was a news on SPCA putting animals to sleep.
Even healthy ones.
They stated theres too much animals being abandoned everyday and they couldnt take in anymore or wat.
In the newspaper, there was a picture of a girl holding a cat. Captioned: "A volunteer holding an abandoned cat, which might be already been put to sleep by the time u read this report."
Wtf. -.-
That's so disturbing.



Mixed emotions for the whole day.
