That day the customer who guai lan on the phone with me, came down today.
I recognise through her rude & irritating voice, she was looking at the product she asked me on the phone too.
I didnt serve her, Clarisa serve.

Customer: I heard from my fren that ur White Lady(product) is good.
Clarisa: *let her try the tester and explain about the product*
Customer: Why no smell and colour one? My friend's one is yellow in color & got a strong smell.
Clar: Our White Lady doesnt have any fragrance or colourings.
Customer: NO?! U bluff me is it? My fren's one is different.
Clar: Maybe the one she used has already expired, bla bla bla.
Customer: NO! If the sample is different from the original product, then i want to complaint to CASE.
Me & clar: *roll eyes*
Customer: Forget it, let me take home some sample & try.
Clar: I need to find the sample through the boxes coz it just arrived.
Customer: Then i come back later.
She came back probably about half hr later.
Clar: *pass her 1 White Lady sample"
Customer: ONLY ONE? can i have more?
Clar: sorry, we limit to one per customer.
Customer: What?! With this small sample, how am i going to know its good or not?
Clar: Our samples is for customer to try whether they are sensitive to it or not, not to try until there's good results.
Customer: U think ur sample is gold? Giving out one more will die ? I want you to call the main office now and i want talk to ur management.
Clar: Sorry we dont have management number here. (Lied to her, not good to make a big fuss over a small matter)
Customer: What u mean u dont have? So if ur boss dont pay u salary, u cant contact them la?
Clar: *lan lan call*
Customer: Ya now u have?
Clar: *lan lan"

She talked to Jamie, our incharge.
Customer: I asked ur girl to give me more sample but she refused, the sample is gold? So hard to give it out? Anyway, u all shldnt keep the sample inside, i suggest those girls shld stand outside and give out and not keeping it inside. Thats how u lure business, no wonder u all only got 2 outlets.
I went to XXXXX and they can give me more than 10 over samples, why cant u all do the same?
U all are wasting the hell of my time.
(wtf? who's the one making the big fuss over a small sample?)

After that, Jamie told us to give her since she's so demanding.

Clar: *super lan* *gives her more samples*
Customer: I dont want the samples already, i want to take go home and throw away.
*grab samples & walk away*
Clar: *cursing* If she take home and use, i make sure her face LAN.

The whole time i was keeping quiet and doing the stock, i had enough of her on the phone that day. We seriously wanted to punch her in the face.

Jamie called again and i answered her call.
Jamie: The customer go already? Why ar she?
Me: She come in and try the tester for the white lady and complaint that why is the smell and colour different from what her fren had bought from us.
Then she asked for sample, clarisa give her one, she not happy & insist she want talk to you.
Jamie: She auntie is it? Si auntie bu yao guan ta.
Me: LOL!

Lmao, luckily Jamie never kp us.
Clar say she's the worst customer she ever met. ~_~ Spoils her day man~
Wtf, cant believe there are actually such ppl mis-using customer's rights. She wants to report to CASE, might as well report herself to mental hospital.
Anyway, its quite a eye-opening situation for me. She said alot of eye-rolling things which makes me wana lmao too but i 4got. Lmao.
